Why I created KnowFlow Value


"It was clear to me when the "AI hype" hit the world, in mid-2023, that without managing the knowledge we have in our organisations - buried in SharePoint sites that no one cares to manage, lodged in people's heads, and scattered all over a plethora of unstructured knowledge assets and channels - we are not as likely to succeed and generate the ROI we seek.


This is when I coined the phrase
"Because of Generative AI, KM is the new black" and set out on my personal mission, to drive awareness and evangelise the strong connection between methodical Knowledge Management and practical applications of AI-capabilities. Since then, I have developed and refined a unique approach and methodology, which enable organisations to address KM at the breakneck speed of AI transformation."

About me


Rebecka is an experienced and visionary thought leader, with a passion for technology, people, and behaviour. Her specialty lies within people and culture change, and providing guidance for how smart use of knowledge can generate significant business value, when powered responsibly and ethically by AI-technology.

In addition to running KnowFlow Value, she is an active member and peer mentor in SIKM Leaders Community, a global community of KM-practitioners and experts, and a partner within the AI Lab Sweden network. She is a frequent keynote speaker at global events and conferences, and a sought-after guest on panels discussing relevant topics on how AI-technology accelerates and magnifies the value of KM strategies and solutions.


As the former Director of Knowledge Management, and Product Marketing Manager for Content AI at Microsoft corporate headquarters, she has spent the last 10+ years working with organisations world-wide as an industry expert on Knowledge Management.
